The first day with InstaLabel
InstaLabel does not arrive as a printer in a box. The first label needs a way to print that you already have, and item information someone in the kitchen is willing to check.
What you need
On a computer, that is Windows or macOS, a label printer installed with its own driver, label stock that fits that printer, and PrintBridge to connect the browser to it.
On Android, that is the InstaLabel app and a MUNBYN RW411B, a Born4Ship DB403 or a Rongta RP425.
You also need the items you actually label. A short list is enough for the first day. A CSV can bring a longer menu across. Importing does not check that the ingredients or allergens are right.
What you do
Save an ingredient, attach it to a menu item, check the allergens against the recipe and the supplier information, and set the date rule your kitchen already uses. Preview the label. Print one. Read it at arm's length before you print a stack.
The 14-day trial collects payment details at checkout and does not charge during the trial. The price and the billing interval are on the pricing page.
