Create the cleaning tasks your kitchen needs and group them by area. Choose daily, weekly or monthly recurrence.
Give staff the list of tasks due
In the Android app, staff open the scheduled tasks, select their name and mark a task complete after carrying it out.
Review the checklist for a particular day
Look back at that day’s checklist and export it as a PDF. It is a daily checklist, rather than a complete record of every food-safety activity.
One email at the end of the day
If the end-of-day email is on, one message is sent at the time the kitchen chooses, in its own timezone. It lists cleaning tasks still not done, checklist lines and temperatures, and attaches that day’s diary.
Keep the cleaning method clear
A completion mark records a staff check. Your team still needs the right chemical, dilution, contact time and equipment instructions.
